Jen Uschold
Jen Uschold has been a Physical Therapist for over three decades.
With her love for Physical Therapy and helping others empower themselves, she was drawn to pain science and health coaching. She is proud to have been in the first cohort to pass the exam, to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2017. She has completed extensive training studying persistent pain including a Fellowship in Pain Science with Evidence in Motion. Jen is an eager learner, has also studied Lifestyle Medicine, and has recently become a Positive Intelligence Coach for Mental Fitness.
